During the two years I worked for Kentucky Science Center as the Digital Media Coordinator, I took on the role of providing in-house photography for all day-to-day activities and major events, along with my other duties. Even though I am not a trained photographer, I took this as an opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and learn a new artistic medium that required precision, balance, and fun to really bring the personality of the science center to life. These photos were used in both print and digital materials, ranging from bus stop signs, billboards, and school handouts to social media posts, email blasts, and annual reports. Here are a few of my favorite shots.
